Key Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Current New York Real Estate License or willing to obtain your New York Real Estate Sales Associate License
  • Works well in fast paced and fun environment
  • Responds quickly to all listing leads/requests
  • Respond quickly to all Buyer leads/requests
  • Self-motivated and driven for success
  • Participates in ongoing training and development
  • Has a desire to be involved and give back to the community
  • Comfortable making outbound calls each day to qualified leads
  • Appreciates Mission Properties' strong company core values and charity efforts
  • Nurtures long term prospects and builds relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Keep up-to-date notes about all info and conversations for each client/prospect in order to create the highest level of service and best experience for every person you contact
  • Has strong follow-up skills via phone, text and email
  • Uses social media networks to identify potential contacts and promote listings
